The 2nd Walk for Excellence Held Successfully
The 2nd “Walk for Excellence: Project E Walkathon” was held on 18 May 2024 at the Peak. It attracted over a hundred alumni and supporters who participated in the event with their family members and friends, generating strong momentum for the development of the College. Starting from the Harlech Road Work-out Area, the participants passed through Harlech Road, Lugard Road, and reached Peak Road, enjoying the beautiful scenery of Victoria Harbour with their bodies and minds relaxed. The event raised over HK$2.2 million, more than double the original target of HK$1 million─ an edifying result for all concerned. Chung Chi College (CCC) held the "Together We Join Hands and Thrive" Appreciation Dinner on 11 April to express gratitude for the continuous support from donors and friends of the College. Construction Progress of Project E
It has been almost half a year since the groundbreaking ceremony of Project E on 22 August 2023. The demolition work of the old Staff Quarters Block E began in December and is almost completed. The College held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Block E Redevelopment Project (known as “Project E”) on Tuesday, 22 Aug 2023, marking the commencement of the construction and the milestone for the College’s campus development. The building is expected to be completed by the end of 2026, bringing students and teachers a modernized campus which will enhance their learning and living experience with idea and innovation exchange.
