崇基校友尋夢計劃 2023
A. 計劃目的 :
每個人心底裡都有一個夢想,但日常生活上各種繁瑣事情可能令你漸漸跟夢想越走越遠。如果可以秉承眾志的精神,聚集崇基人的力量作為後盾,相信有更多人會有勇氣為夢想奮鬥。崇基校友會希望鼓勵和支持崇基校友勇於尋夢、追夢。「夢」可以是各式各樣,沒有固定的框架,由個人興趣出發以至改變社會為目標均可。
夢想可以是作一個表演、建立一個企業、拿一個冠軍、參與一些難得的交流或體驗等等。說出你的夢想,踏出追夢的第一步。
B. 申請資格 :
本科(學士)畢業的崇基校友,可以個人或組別 (成員必須有一半以上為崇基校友) 為單位,主申請人必須為崇基校友會會員,並特別鼓勵畢業五年或以下年輕校友踴躍參與。
C. 協助方式:
由籌備委員會按申請人計劃的需要安排校友網絡支援,參加者可提出任何透過校友網絡可行的協助方式。包括但不限於,個別範疇的校友網絡聯繫、意見指導、體驗、資源支援等等。校友會亦會呼籲及招募其他崇基校友的參與及協助,結合崇基學院的支援,聚集崇基人的力量指導或協助參加者完成定下來的目標。
D. 申請所需文件:
申請者需要提交以下文件 (中文或英文):
- 已填妥的申請表格;
- 詳細書面計劃書或短片形式的計劃書 (撰寫約1,000字計劃書或約5 – 10分鐘短片介紹計劃內容,夢想之原因及目的。內容可以包括計畫希望達到的成果,校友會網絡如何協助及參與、實施計劃的時間表等);
- 其他對申請有幫助的補充資料。資料補充形式不限,可以多媒體或其他合適方式補充。
E. 申請辦法及截止日期:
申請者須於2023年4月10日 (星期一)前,遞交網上申請表格 及上載詳細計劃書*。如有補充資料,可於截止日期前上載至共用雲端並把連結註明於網上申請表格之「備註」欄內。
*書面計劃書請於遞交網上申請表格時上載;或短片計劃書請上載至共用雲端並把連結註明於網上申請表格之「短片形式計劃書連結」欄內。
F. 條款及責任:
- 獲選者需參與項目舉行的宣傳、以及可能出席校友會、學院或傳媒分享等活動;
- 獲選者需用短片形式分享獲選項目總結,如介紹夢想、背景、實踐的經過及得著。短片需於校友指導交流會面或體驗活動後三個月內提交。
G. 實施細則:
- 個人或組別 (主申請人必須為崇基校友會會員,組員必須有一半以上為崇基校友) 為單位提交申請;
- 尋夢計劃內容沒有特定框架,如能善用校友網絡及引入校友的參與會增加獲選機會,惟不可與宗教及政治相關。
H. 評審機制:
- 籌備委員會將初步篩選項目,並會按實際需要與申請人進一步了解內容及需求。如確認成功入圍,籌備委員會將會邀請相關範疇校友與入圍參加者深入了解計劃,提供意見指導及分享。籌備委員會後續亦會根據實際情況提供校友網絡聯繫、意見指導、體驗及資源支援等。入圍項目數量並無限額,附合評審準則及可行性的項目均有獲選機會;
- 籌備委員會將按以下相關評審準則考慮:
• 計劃對申請者意義;
• 崇基校友支持對計劃成功的關鍵性;
• 崇基校友於計劃的參與度。

“DARE TO DREAM” PROGRAMME 2023
A. Objective
Every one of us has a dream in the back of our mind, but various chores may drive us away from achieving that dream. By upholding the Chung Chi spirit and bringing Chung Chi-ers together, we believe that more will plug up their courage to realise their dreams. Chung Chi College Alumni Association, The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CCCAA) encourages and supports Chung Chi alumni to pursue their dream. A dream can be of all kinds, with no boundaries. It can be out of personal interest or with an aim to make an impact on society.
Your dream can be putting on a performance, building an enterprise, competing for a championship, or taking part in a unique exchange experience. Tell us your dream and take the first step to make it come true.
B. Eligibility
All full-time Chung Chi (Bachelor) graduates are welcome to apply individually or in groups (more than half of the members must be Chung Chi alumni), and the principal applicant must be a member of the CCCAA. In particular, we would like to invite submissions from young Chung Chi-ers graduated in the past 5 years.
C. Assistance to be Provided
According to the needs of the awarded project(s), the Organising Committee of Chung Chi Alumni Dare To Dream Programme (“the Programme”) will line up the required assistance from our alumni network to support the project(s). Awardee(s) can propose any feasible assistance coming from the alumni network, including but not limited to alumni network connections from a particular industry, receiving advice and guidance, experience sharing, and providing support on resources. CCCAA would also like to call for the support and participation from all Chung Chi alumni. Together with the backing from the College, we believe this congregation of our power and experience can provide the needed guidance and support to the awardees to accomplish their goal.
D. Documentation Requirements
The following application materials can be submitted in Chinese or English:
- Completed application form;
- Written Proposal or Video Proposal for your dream (Written Proposal of about 1,000 words OR Video Proposal of about 5-10 minutes, introducing your dream, including its reason and objective. The content can also include the expected results of the project, support, assistance and involvement required from the alumni network for the project, as well as project timeline, etc.);
- Any other supporting materials deemed complementary to the application (can be provided in any form, e.g. multimedia or other appropriate means).
E. Application Method and Deadline
Applicant should submit the online application form and upload the full proposal* by April 10, 2023 (Monday). All supporting documents, if any, should be upload to the Share Cloud before the deadline and indicate the link in the “Remarks” column of the online application form.
*Written Proposals should be uploaded together with the online application form; OR upload the Video Proposal to the Share Cloud and indicate the link in the “Video Proposal Link” column of the online application form.
F. Terms and Responsibilities
- The awardee(s) are required to participate in the publicity campaign including promotion, sharing and award presentation ceremony arranged by CCCAA;
- The awardees are required to share a summary video of the selected project, the content may include the introduction, background, process and achievements of the project. The video must be submitted within three months after the event or the guidance meeting with alumni.
G. Implementation Rules
- Individuals or groups (the principal applicant must be a member of CCCAA, and more than half of the group members must be Chung Chi alumni) shall submit the proposal as a unit;
- There is no set framework for the Programme. The ability to fully leverage our alumni networks and involvement of our alumni will increase the opportunities to be selected, provided that the project is not related to any religious or political topics.
H. Assessment Mechanism
- The Organising Committee will carry out the preliminary screening of the submitted proposals, and may work with the candiates in the proposal details and requirments, based on the actual situtation of the shortlisted proposals. If the project is considered feasible, shortlisted candidates will be invited to a meeting with our alumni in related aspect to discuss into the project, provide advice/ guidance/ sharing. After the meeting, The Organising Committee will further line up the required connection/guidance/resource/support etc. from our alumni network. There is no quota on the number of awarded projects. All proposals that meet the assessment criteria and feasibility standards will be considered;
- The Organising Committee will review proposals based on the following assessment criteria:
• The meaningfulness of the project to the applicant;
• Importance of alumni support to the success of the proposed project;
• Involvement of Chung Chi alumni in the project.
